• Aqua Flow is not responsible for damages caused due to improper installation done by unauthorized technicians.

7. Warranty Policy

• Warranty coverage is limited only to electrical parts such as:

  • Adapter
  • UV/UF systems
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Filters, membranes, candles, or consumables
  • Damage due to improper usage, mishandling, or negligence
  • Damage caused by poor water quality, voltage fluctuations, or external factors
• Warranty claims must be supported with valid proof of purchase.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
• Installation charges, service fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
