At Aqua Flow, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality water purification products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and invoices intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear
• Filters, membranes, and consumables once opened or used
• Issues arising from water quality or external electrical problems

Refunds

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Installation, service, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
